For security reasons, the BISD Web Store does not retain your credit card number. Therefore, all refunds are issued by check and normally require 2-3 weeks to process.
Summer School - High School:
Counselor approval is REQUIRED prior to registration! Be sure your student qualifies for the class and is ABLE to attend all class days. Refunds for ANY reason (including no counselor approval) are issued by check and require 2-3 weeks to process. Be very careful with your registration.
There are no make-up days for absences and students will be dropped from the class (with no refund) after two missed days. There will be no refund for dropped classes or withdrawals after June 10th for Session I, or July 1st for Session II.
Community Education:
Cancellations & Refunds: Classes cancelled by Community Education will result in a full refund or credit. Refunds for class withdrawals will be given if notification is made at least one week in advance. Satisfaction is guaranteed—if you are not satisfied with the class once you have attended, we will give you a refund or credit. Note: All refunds will be paid by check from the BISD business office within three weeks of cancellation or withdrawal. We do not prorate for missed classes, nor do we refund if you fail to attend.
